Anderson Baker


Mr. Baker is an insurance claims and coverage dispute expert with over 40 years of experience primarily working with larger commercial property and casualty clients.  His insurance expertise includes General Liability, Property, Automobile, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability, Crime, Directors & Officers, Kidnap and Ransom, Hull, Protection and Indemnity, Maritime Employers Liability, Aviation, Environmental, and Cyber.

After Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Baker established the first captive insurance program in Louisiana for a multi-billion-dollar property exposure.  He has also worked with self-insurance programs for several client.

Mr. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.  He has also earned and maintains several professional designations, including: Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management by The American Institute for CPCU; Management Liability Insurance Specialist by Insurance and Risk Management Institute; Director Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors; and CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight by NACD and Carnegie Mellon University.
